Direct Diagnostic Services has been doing mobile nuclear stress testing at various facilities for a while now and I thought I should take the time to thank you and everyone at Mid-Atlantic Imaging for all your hard work, time, and effort which made it possible. The maiCAM180 is truly an exceptional camera, easy to maneuver, easy to operate, and the image quality is outstanding. The service is great, Rick and Jack have been very helpful, Rick has come after hours to make some adjustments to the camera just so we would not have to take it out of operation and that kind of service is hard to find. I am truly impressed with Mid-Atlantic Imaging and I look forward to expanding our business relationship as we continue to grow at Direct Diagnostic Services. Thank You!

The maiCAM180 was installed 10 months ago in one of our 5 Family Practice offices in order to perform in-house Nuclear Stress Testing. Installation proceeded on schedule, largely due to the fact that the system is self-contained, compact, upright, and mobile. After 1 1/2 days of prep work, we were up and running.  Our Tech's experience with upright systems was limited, although he had set-up more than 10 Nuclear Stress Testing facilities.

The system has proven itself to be reliable, stable, and fast.  It adjusts well to accommodate almost all size patients regardless of body habitus. After only a few weeks, the system output  per day was as fast as any system. Images are of high resolution and consistent, and have proven to be reliable when compared to follow-up cardiac evaluations of the patients. A modified auto processing format has proven to be quick and reproducible. Application tech support and service has been great. As with any system, there is always room to improve, and MAI has been receptive to our requests.
